Well done to Maggie Zhu (2C) and Emma Cheung (4A) who represented Mount Anville at the All-Ireland Linguistics Olympiad (AILO) National Final at DCU last week.
Over 100 students from fifty-six schools in twenty counties took part in both the morning individual competition and the afternoon team event.
We are delighted to report that Emma Cheung placed a very commendable 23rd position in the over 16s competition and has won a Bronze Standard Certificate.
Maggie Zhu placed an excellent 9th in the under 16s Junior event and has won an Honourable Mention Certificate.
Well done to both students and here's to next year's competition!
