We are proud to introduce the Mount Anville Secondary School Prayer, In Te Confido, to our Sacred Heart community. Meaning “In Thee I Trust”, the title reflects the spirit of faith and trust at the heart of Sacred Heart education and of our school ethos.
The prayer has been developed to serve as a source of connection for our school community and will be used during daily assemblies, classroom prayer, meetings, liturgies and whole-school gatherings. We hope it will encourage all members of our school community to pause for reflection, deepen their sense of connection with one another, and continue to live out the values of compassion, respect, courage, and faith in their daily lives.
We extend special thanks to Sr. Joan Hutchinson, RSCJ, whose guidance of the Student Ethos Representatives was marked by warmth, wisdom, and deep faith. Her contribution to this process has been both meaningful and inspiring, and we are deeply grateful for her support.
