Today, 26th March our Second Year students (group 2) accompanied by Ms Fitzgerald and Ms Hughes spent a meaningful day on retreat at The De La Salle Retreat Centre, stepping away from the classroom to reflect, pray and grow in faith.
The retreat focused on helping students connect with themselves, each other and God. Through individual activities, meditation and small group reflections, students explored topics such as gratitude, kindness and the role of faith in daily life. Team-building activities were also designed to encourage collaboration, empathy and support among classmates.
The retreat day concluded with students expressing gratitude for the experience, the friendships strengthened and the opportunity to reflect on their spiritual journey.
By returning to school inspired and renewed, our Second Year students carried with them not only memories of the day but also a deeper sense of faith and community.
