- Visit to Zakopane Mountains (time permitting).

- Please check passport will still be in date in May 2019 (If it needs to be renewed please ensure you have a new passport by March 2019)
- A picture or scan of the student’s passport to be uploaded to Schoology Assignments
- A picture or scan of EHIC to be uploaded to Schoology Assignments
- A form for passport details to be completed
- A deposit of €250 per student which can be paid through the School Tour Company website. Reference number is 1419851 to be paid on https://www.schooltour.ie/payment/ by October 25th 2018
- Final balance will be due in March, email to follow in early March with confirmation of price.
- A signed copy of the Out of School Trips Policy will also be required in advance of the tour.
